Lizbeth Gonzalez began her real estate career in 2015. She decided to follow in the footsteps of her parents Henri & Sonia Vasquez, who had both been in the industry for some time. After a few years of feeling “stuck” at her job with not much opportunity for growth, she knew she would be unhappy if she did not strive for more. She wanted a career that gave her a sense of purpose and passion. That is when she decided to give real estate a shot, because she saw the impact that both of her parents made in all of their clients’ lives. Shortly after obtaining her Broker’s license and purchasing her own first property, she quickly realized that she truly did have a passion for the industry. Specifically, a passion for helping others achieve their dream of homeownership.

Throughout her career she has helped not only buyers and sellers, but has also specialized in rental properties. From helping tenants who are looking to rent, to helping her investor clients market and lease the properties that she helped them purchase. She prioritizes every transaction and strives to provide great service to every single client. Her end goal is always the happiness and satisfaction of her clients above all else. 

Lizbeth obtained her Managing Broker’s license in 2019, so that one day when her father Henri Vasquez retires she can fully take over House Select Realty, Inc. With plans already in the works to grow the company, she hopes to be able to continue to service many clients in the years to come.
